Yes, you can earn Travel vouchers on Commercial Property Sales too!

In response to a question, it's not just on residential property sales that you can earn travel vouchers by directing the conveyancing our way, but also on commercial property sales (ie where a company owns the property).

If you're selling a residential or commercial property anyway, you have to appoint somebody to do the conveyancing on your property, so you may as well direct it our way and we'll try negotiate 10 percent of the attorney transfer fees back in the form of travel vouchers.

So far we have been successful every time in negotiating 10 percent travel vouchers (smallest we've given away has been over R2500). To remind: this a limited time offer only for those who get in touch with us by 30 April, for the upcoming sale of their property (sale may be until the end of 2024).

• Fill in this form to request a residential conveyancing quote (it doesn't matter if the property is only to be sold later this year, the key is to decide who will do the conveyancing by 30 April).

How much will the travel vouchers be?

Enter the likely sale price of your property into the property transfer costs calculator, and check what the "Transfer Attorney Fees" are; multiply transfer attorney fees by 10 percent to see what your travel vouchers will be. These will be earned when the property is eventual sold and the conveyancing done.
