Did you know that MSC offers a number of special fares that can result in a reduced cost for your cruise? Have a look below and see if you qualify.
Honeymooners
A discount is offered on the current cabin fare (no free cabin upgrade available anymore) - 10% on inside and outside cabins; 15% on balcony cabins and 15% on suites.
On International Cruises, no discount is offered, but you do get a Fruit Basket, 1 bottle of wine, an invitation from the Captain for an exclusive cocktail, photo service and a special on board treatment with a surprise.
Valid for up to 6 months after the wedding. Proof to be provided that it is for a honeymoon (in the form of venue quotes or a letter from the marrying officer)
Best Price of the Day
If you miss out on the early booking special you can still get a good deal with this ever-changing fare.
Guarantees you the best price available at the specific time you book your cruise.
Tandem
On selected cruises, book a cabin close to your own just for the kids and pay a reduced rate per child per night starting from: R450 (interior), R500 per night (ocean view), R600 (balcony) and R750 (Suite). Peak season rates and International cruise rates differ.
This applies to a maximum of 4 children in a cabin and only 1 cabin per family.
The category and location of the second cabin will be confirmed by MSC Cruises. We cannot guarantee that it will be adjacent to the first cabin, and it may be in a different cabin category.
All in one
Available for 1 adult sharing a cabin with up to 3 children under 18
Parents pay the Best Price Fare while the first child under 18 pays just 60% of the adult fare and the remaining children only pay the mandatory charges.
Children Cruise Free
Children under 18 travelling in the same cabin as their parents cruise free on local cruises.
Children will need to pay port, service and insurance fees.
Young & Young
If everyone in the cabin is between 18 and 29 years of age, then qualify for a special discount per cabin on top of the Regular Quoted Fare - a discount of 10% (Inside cabin), 10% (Outside Cabin), 15% (Balcony Cabin or Suite)
These fares are subject to availability.
Senior Club
Passengers over 60 years of age will be offered a special discount on top of the Regular Quoted Fare - a discount of 10% (Inside Cabin), 10% (Outside Cabin), 15% (Balcony or Suite)
The discount only applies to the first two passengers in the cabin who are over 60.
Single Fares
If you will be travelling in a cabin on your own, you will pay a minimum 80% surcharge on your cruise fare, subject to availability.
25th Anniversary
For your Silver Wedding Anniversary, receive an on board package which includes: a standard birthday cake and a bottle of sparkling wine J.C. le Roux (white, red or rosé); served in restaurant.
Valid for all departures within 6 months after your anniversary date
50th Anniversary
For your Gold Wedding Anniversary, receive an on board package which includes: One bottle of sparkling wine (J.C. le Roux Le Domaine), a tray of canapés served in your cabin at embarkation together with a Captain's welcome letter; a bowl of fresh seasonal fruits in your cabin every day.
Valid for selected departures within 6 months after your anniversary date
Extend your Cruise
Book two consecutive cruises and get a 10% discount on the Best Price fare of the second cruise.
This discount can be combined with all brochure promos and MSC Club discounts
