Book Flights Online & Pay at a Pick 'n Pay Store

Keen travellers might have noticed that you can now book domestic and international flights online with South Africa Travel Online and select to pay at your nearest Pick 'n Pay store. This is a great option for travellers not in posession of a 3D secure credit card, as Pick 'n Pay stores will accept cash, debit card payments and credit card payments.



There are five steps to completing an online booking when choosing to pay in-store. Luckily these are fairly simple and self-explanatory. You could also make use of our step-by-step guide if you are unsure.

Most importantly, travellers have to take note of the payment deadline. This can be found at the top of the PNP Flight Booking Confirmation email sent after making the booking online. These payment deadlines are determined by the airline and depend on how far in advance you make the booking and on the airline's own rules.

There are some Pick 'n Pay stores that are open 24/7, but you might find yourself in a situation where you can't make payment before the deadline due to store closure. Unfortunately this is out of our control, although nothing prevents you from making a second booking and attempting to make payment when the stores are open again. Flight prices can change during this time, so it is always adviseable to make payment as soon as possible.

Simply quote the PnP Account Payment Reference Number found at the top of the Booking Confirmation email to make payment at any Pick 'n Pay teller. We'll issue your flight tickets once payment has been made successfully and send you a Booking Confirmation with your e-ticket reference number.
